I was concerned with the lack of support my daughter had around her individuality, creativity, and mental health. I wanted to create something extra to support the work she was already doing in these areas.

This journal is not supposed to be taking the place of therapy rather I see it as working alongside the support you already have.

Over 50 pages with topics, tips, and prompts with plenty of art pages for your young person to explore what makes them uniquely them. The journal is a safe and creative place to put down on paper what is often left swirling unresolved around our kids' thoughts. Sometimes words are too far away, but thoughts put into art can be more easily reached.

A4 Soft cover 300 gsm with inside pages 150 gsm - heavy enough to carry ink, paint, and glue. Yes, I have tried it with great results.
